Swiss Hospitality Company is a leading management consultancy with a strong focus on creating exceptional workforce solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and managing HR-related systems. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and experience working with key Saudi HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements:
- Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of local labor requirements, including GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other relevant platforms.
- HR Systems and Platforms:
- Utilize and manage platforms such as GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and Tawteen to handle employee records, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Monitor employee data in ZenHR or similar HR management systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Payroll Support:
- Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Address payroll-related queries in collaboration with the finance department.
- Employee Engagement:
- Participate in organizing employee events and engagement activities.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
