At ATÖLYE, we work on complex and strategic design challenges that aim to create long-term value. Storytelling is a critical aspect of what we do. It helps us capture the essence of the projects we carry out, and communicate its meaning to multiple stakeholders locally and abroad.
ATÖLYE welcomes professionals from various backgrounds including design, project management, facilitation and so on. We are looking for colleagues who are familiar with design thinking strategy and motivated to share our enthusiasm for creating inspiring work together within a collaborative, inclusive, values-driven and community-based work environment. We work with different stakeholders in different projects and highly value cultural adaptiveness. متطلبات الوظيفة
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Fluency in frameworks such as design thinking or human-centered design
- Ability to take a designerly approach against challenges to be able to quickly ideate, prototype, release, and iterate.
- Ability to comfortably interact in different environments such as in workshops, interviews, meeting settings etc.
- Confidence in communication towards expressing needs, thoughts and concepts.
- Having an optimistic attitude with the ability to embrace ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and use new digital and physical tools.
- Having an open mind.
- Ability to think critically and produce creative output
