- Creativity and ability to design diverse mega and complex architectural projects
- create 3D/2D models and renderings to help clients visualize designs.
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (Civil, Mech., Elect. etc ... ).
- Good background in building materials and construction methods.
- Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure that the construction process aligns with the design plans and specifications.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
- Prepare BOQ and Specs.
- Prepare and follow-up technical queries with the Client/Consultants.
- Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Ability to produce technical drawings.
- Experience from ( 8 : 12 ) years.
- High skills in digital software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D max, MS office.
- Good English language skills (written and spoken).
