Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Specialist to handle front desk operations at our community center. As the first point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, ensuring a welcoming and helpful atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, guests, and clients entering the premises, always ensuring a friendly and professional greeting.
- Handle incoming communications such as phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring they are appropriately routed and followed up in a timely manner.
- Communicate residents' and visitors' requests, inquiries, or complaints to the appropriate departments or team members for swift resolution.
- Provide guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and residents.
- Work closely with facility management and other departments to support seamless operations and meet the needs of the residents and community center visitors.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or front desk operations, preferably within a real estate or community setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Good Command of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
