Job Description

This role involves handling end-to-end onboarding for new consultants, managing contractors terminations or converting contractors to full-time employees, and supporting day-to-day HR and operational functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at maintaining compliance while fostering a positive employee experience.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) is a plus.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing contractor’s records and documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
  • Discretion: Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Focus on delivering a positive experience for all employees and stakeholders.

  • Timely and accurate onboarding of new consultants.

  • Efficiency in contractor-to-full-time employee conversions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of New Consultants
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new consultants by coordinating pre-employment activities, including verification of documents, and equipment provisioning.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials such as welcome packets, handbooks, and required forms.
  • Raise PO’s
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, systems, and culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers for all hiring , termination and conversion activities
  • Contractor’s Terminations
  • Oversee the offboarding process for contractors , ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Contractor-to-Full-Time Employee Conversions
  • Facilitate the transition of contractors to full-time employees by managing associated documentation and approvals.
  • Collaborate with managers and finance teams to ensure a smooth transition and proper budget allocation.


Pharos Operations Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Respond to contractor’s inquiries regarding .
  • Ensure PO’s issuance and renewal with all related approvals , LoS etc.
  • Coordinate with Partner to ensure timely and accurate processing .
  • Administrate billability with generating reports for proper and smooth operations like missing hours, WO counter-signature
  • Verify contracts approvals-renewal with the partner when needed
