Manage and follow signed maintenance contracts and direct the daily works & activities of the maintenance team to match the agreed schedules and be able to get to the customer satisfaction and the best for the business.
Prepare & Manage maintenance schedules, service and troubleshooting of fire protection systems for maintenance projects
Designing & quoting of small projects.
Manage installation and commissioning works
Handle new orders and chargeable jobs.
Arrange Programming fire alarm panels
Arrange & Attend Meetings with clients & consultants.
Receive complaint from customers and recognize and deal with the problem
Organizing the work schedule of supervisors and technicians
Follow the periodic invoicing of contract
Coordinate with the related party for material delivery and site work progress to match committed schedules.
Requirements
BSc Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and be an effective part of a team.
