  • Manage and follow signed maintenance contracts and direct the daily works & activities of the maintenance team to match the agreed schedules and be able to get to the customer satisfaction and the best for the business.
  • Prepare & Manage maintenance schedules, service and troubleshooting of fire protection systems for maintenance projects
  • Designing & quoting of small projects.
  • Manage installation and commissioning works
  • Handle new orders and chargeable jobs.
  • Arrange Programming fire alarm panels
  • Arrange & Attend Meetings with clients & consultants.
  • Receive complaint from customers and recognize and deal with the problem
  • Organizing the work schedule of supervisors and technicians
  • Follow the periodic invoicing of contract
  • Coordinate with the related party for material delivery and site work progress to match committed schedules.

Requirements

  • BSc Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and be an effective part of a team.
  • Good computer skills
  • 2-3 years experience within the same field.
