iSchool, an industry leader in online education that specializes in teaching coding and artificial intelligence to students aged 6 to 18, is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support to our growing organization, contributing to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Your expertise will be essential in promoting a positive workplace culture that aligns with iSchool’s mission and values, while also supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Facilitate performance review processes and assist in the development of staff training and development programs.
  • Help to resolve employee relations issues and mediate conflicts as necessary.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address questions regarding employee benefits and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support organizational objectives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar capacity.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
