AHS, a prominent luxury real estate developer, is searching for an experienced Design Manager to join our esteemed team. The Design Manager will play a key role in overseeing the design processes for our high-end residential projects, ensuring that every detail embodies sophistication and elegance. You will guide a diverse team of designers and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional living spaces that align with our brand's vision and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design direction for multiple luxury residential projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, translating them into unique design solutions
- Oversee the development of design concepts, presentations, and detailed design documents
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage a team of designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to enhance their skills
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-quality vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and on-time delivery
- Conduct site visits to review work in progress and address any design-related concerns
- Stay informed about market trends, materials, and technologies in luxury design
- Promote a culture of innovation and creativity within the design team

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a design management role, preferably in luxury real estate
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design capabilities and completed projects in the high-end market
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite Rivet) and 3D visualization tools
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- In-depth understanding of contemporary design trends, materials, and best practices
- Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.
