Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose orthopedic conditions in animals through comprehensive medical evaluations.
• Perform advanced orthopedic surgical procedures, including but not limited to fracture repair, joint stabilization, and corrective surgeries.
• Oversee the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care of surgical patients, including managing pain and ensuring patient recovery.
• Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Educate pet owners about orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and postoperative care protocols.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in veterinary orthopedics and implement evidence-based practices.
• Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with veterinary regulations and organizational policies.
