Summary: The Global PR Director for Huda Beauty will lead the development and execution of innovative and impactful public relations strategies. The candidate will be driving our Global PR strategy to elevate our brand visibility, reputation and image as well as coordinating our key product launches and repushes in collaboration with our different markets. The candidate will work closely with our founder and will be responsible for fostering meaningful connections with classic & social media outlets, editors and industry leaders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Public Relations (PR):
1. Global PR Strategy Development:
· Define and implement a comprehensive global PR strategy to elevate the brand visibility, image and reputation as a leader in the beauty industry.
· Build and ensure a strong, consistent brand voice across all markets.
· Drive PR operational excellence and processes across markets.
· Protect the Brand and company reputation
2. Media Relations and strategic projects:
· Cultivate relationships with top-tier media and key opinion leaders
· Serve as the primary spokesperson for global announcements, corporate, Brand and high-level initiatives.
· Initate disruptive collaborations with classic & social media outlets
3. Campaigns and Storytelling:
· Oversee the creation of compelling stories and campaigns that highlight the brand’s innovation, inclusivity, and ethical values.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify new product launches and initiatives through disruptive PR campaigns.
4. Crisis Management:
· Develop and execute crisis communication plans to protect and manage the brand’s reputation during challenging situations.
5. Measurement and Reporting:
· Track the effectiveness of PR initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to senior leadership.
Leadership and Collaboration:
1. Team Leadership:
· Desire to create a disruptive and innovative PR strategy .
· Work closely with our Founder and the senior leadership.
· Partner with integrated marketing, brand marketing and other departments to ensure alignment of PR goals with business objectives.
· Drive functionally the PR teams in our markets ensuring that innovative PR strategies are shaped and implemented in a consistent manner.
· Become a reference for our media partner in terms of Innovative Beauty partner
