You will be working with an Egyptian fintech startup founded in 2024 that provides digital invoice financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), offering credit approvals within minutes and fund disbursement in under 48 hours.In 2024, it became the first company in Egypt to receive a digital factoring license from the Financial Regulatory Authority, enabling it to offer fully digital factoring and reverse-factoring services. Oliv aims to bridge a $39 billion SME funding gap in Egypt and plans to serve over 5,000 clients by 2028. ​

  • 10+ years of experience in building robust software solutions.
  • A strong foundation in computer engineering (relevant degrees from reputable institutions).
  • A demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing tech teams.
  • Proven experience in agile product development in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure architecture, system design, and devops.
  • A successful track record managing mission-critical, high-scale systems.
  • Experience in building intelligent, data-centric solutions.
  • Familiarity working in cross-functional teams with product and business stakeholders.
  • A passion for fintech and a drive to make a tangible impact in the financial world.
  • Evidence of breadth in technology knowledge and personal side projects or contributions.
