You will be working with an Egyptian fintech startup founded in 2024 that provides digital invoice financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), offering credit approvals within minutes and fund disbursement in under 48 hours.In 2024, it became the first company in Egypt to receive a digital factoring license from the Financial Regulatory Authority, enabling it to offer fully digital factoring and reverse-factoring services.Oliv aims to bridge a $39 billion SME funding gap in Egypt and plans to serve over 5,000 clients by 2028.

What You'll Do
- Grow and lead a high-performing, lean engineering team
- Manage product delivery end-to-end, from design to deployment
- Apply software engineering best practices to ensure code quality
- Drive continuous improvement and manage technical debt
- Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams to achieve company goals

متطلبات الوظيفة
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience building software solutions
- Experience using Python, Flutter and diverse technology stacks
- A strong passion for technology and diverse tech stack exposure
- Solid background with open source frameworks
- A degree in Computer Engineering/Science from a reputable university
- Proven ability to build and lead top-tier tech teams
- Mastery of agile product development in fast-paced environments
- Experience in intelligent, data-centric solution development
- Familiarity or excitement about working in the fintech space
