At Waad Education, we believe in nurturing and discovering the potential of our gifted students. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Mawhiba Supervisor to lead and supervise our programs that cater to the needs of gifted students. This role is essential in fostering a stimulating environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and innovation.
The Mawhiba Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing programs tailored to gifted students, supporting their academic journey, and enhancing their learning experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to identify and nurture the abilities of gifted students, ensuring they receive the guidance and support necessary for their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor programs designed specifically for gifted and talented students in collaboration with school staff.
- Identify and assess students’ strengths, interests, and areas for growth, ensuring tailored educational experiences.
- Provide professional development and support to teachers to enhance the educational experience of gifted students and understanding of enrichment strategies.
- Foster communication and partnerships with parents and the wider community to promote awareness and understanding of gifted education.
- Monitor student progress and performance, providing reports and insights to guide decisions about curriculum and support services.
- Organize enrichment activities, workshops, and events that encourage students to explore their interests and abilities.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Gifted Education, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with gifted students in an educational setting.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Familiarity with Saudi Mawhiba program is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of the social, emotional, and cognitive needs of gifted learners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective programs and curricula for gifted education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing and monitoring student progress.
- Experience in providing professional development and training to educators.
