Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, front desk management, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Coordinating conference room bookings, ensuring meeting spaces are prepared and well-equipped for use.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company and services.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting IDs as necessary, maintaining visitor logs and experience in handling sensitive data.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and scheduling.
- Supporting the HR with scheduling interviews or onboarding new hires as necessary and Operations departments to support daily operations.
- Handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
