We’re looking for ambitious, growth-driven professionals to join our team and help us scale our impact in the automotive sector through technology and customer-centric innovation.

As a Showroom Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the showroom and play a key role in achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead the sales team by example, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and act as the main point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise showroom operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Lead and support the sales team in achieving their sales goals.
  • Engage directly with customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process.
  • Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and available options.
  • Oversee test drives, vehicle inspections, and showroom displays.
  • Manage the documentation process between customers, finance companies, and the internal team.
  • Negotiate sales prices, trade-in values, and finalize deals.
  • Maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers and negotiate purchase prices to support profitability.
  • Ensure the smooth handover of sold vehicles and follow up with customers post-sale.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and report to upper management.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, customer service, or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Solid understanding of vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
