Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the recruitment team in improving and implementing best practices.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the recruitment database.
  • Learn the intricacies of talent acquisition and various recruitment tools and techniques.

  • Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • No prior experience is required; however, internships or coursework related to HR is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
