In this role, you’ll play a key part in building strong relationships with our players while delivering top-notch support and engagement.

• Responding to player inquiries and support requests in a timely, helpful manner.
• Engaging with our community across social media and in-game platforms.
• Assisting with online events, collecting player feedback, and helping improve the overall player experience.
