You will support the kitchen staff in all aspects of food preparation, contributing to our commitment to delivering outstanding dishes to our guests..
Key Responsibilities:
- Noodle Preparation: Prepare and handcraft various noodles from scratch, following traditional techniques to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
- Ingredient Management: Select and measure high-quality ingredients, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of the noodles during the preparation processes, making necessary adjustments to recipes and methods to achieve desired results.
- Collaboration with Kitchen Staff: Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate noodle production, ensuring an adequate supply for busy service periods.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain noodle-making equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and sanitized.
- Hygiene Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Menu Development Support: Participate in creating new noodle recipes and variations, contributing to menu innovation based on customer feedback and culinary trends.
