700Apps is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with expertise in Oracle APEX projects to lead our dynamic software development projects. In this pivotal role, you will harness your knowledge of Oracle APEX to manage and deliver innovative applications efficiently, while aligning with our business goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery of Oracle APEX-based applications, ensuring they meet functional and performance specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets specific to Oracle APEX projects.
- Guide cross-functional teams through the Agile project management process, fostering collaboration and responsiveness.
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize your expertise in Oracle APEX to advise on best practices, potential challenges, and innovative solutions during project execution.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify risks related to Oracle APEX projects and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Document project processes, decisions, and changes for future reference and compliance purposes.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years working specifically with Oracle APEX projects.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and on time.
- Oracle APEX certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
