AlWatania Information Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance web applications. You will utilize your expertise in various technologies to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your ability to think critically and solve problems will be essential as you lead projects from concept to deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Perform backend development using modern technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Utilize databases (SQL or NoSQL) for data storage and manipulation.
- Implement RESTful APIs for effective communication between frontend and backend components.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the performance and reliability of applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to Agile development processes, participating in sprint planning and reviews.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with proven expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Java Spring.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Solid understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
