It is an exciting time to work in the field of AI to create a long-lasting impact. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Manager to join our dynamic Pre-Sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tenders, and other bid-related documents. This position will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, cybersecurity, and technical teams, to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant submissions that align with business goals.
Your daily workload might include:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the bid process, from reviewing RFPs and tenders to coordinating the preparation and submission of proposals.
- Work closely with sales, legal, cybersecurity, and technical teams to gather all necessary information, ensuring the proposal meets the client's needs and complies with company standards.
- Develop, write, and edit compelling, customer-focused proposals that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and respond effectively to client requirements.
- Define the bid strategy in alignment with business objectives and client needs, ensuring that proposals are both competitive and deliverable.
- Ensure that all submissions are compliant with legal, contractual, and quality requirements, conducting internal reviews and maintaining high standards.
- Manage timelines, monitor progress, and ensure all milestones are met throughout the bid process. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of bids to senior management.
- Oversee the submission of all tenders that need to go through an official local portal (such as Etimad), ensuring that all internal stakeholders have visibility on tender documents and that submissions are completed in accordance with the portal's guidelines and requirements.
- Identify potential risks within bids and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of bid processes, templates, and best practices.

Our target profile is candidates with...
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or related roles within a pre-sales or sales environment.
- Experience in managing tenders and RFPs is essential.
- Prior experience with Etimad in KSA is a big plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex bids simultaneously and deliver them on time.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- A strong understanding of bid and tender processes, as well as commercial and contractual principles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality proposals.
