The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Senior Business Development Executive would be driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals

Responsibilities and Duties

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and Mozn growth objectives.

● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads.

● Build technical and business content for proposals, liaising with the Sales Engineer

● Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.

● Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations contracts, terms, conditions, and follow-up activities to win new business.

● Ensuring that sales and business development targets are met.

● Organizing sales visits.

● Manage existing client's portfolio to cross sell and upgrade

● Attend industry events, conferences, meetings, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote the Mozn's offerings.

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Proven track record of success in business development and achieving sales targets.

● Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

● Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

● Outstanding multitasking abilities.
