What You'll Do:
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team through design, development, and deployment phases.
- Architect and implement complex software systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Contribute directly to codebases, especially on complex integrations and mission-critical features.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver AI-powered features and products.
- Evaluate and choose the best-fit technologies and architectural approaches.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- 4–7 years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a Senior Software Engineer or Full Stack Engineer role.
- Proven experience leading or contributing to at least one project involving AI or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Experience with multiple tech stacks; PHP and Django experience highly preferred.
- Hands-on use of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) in large-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated experience with complex system integrations and third-party APIs.
- Ability to conduct structured planning across engineering resources and cloud/infrastructure needs.
