Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced FRP Pipe Fitter Laminator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FRP filament winding, FRP lamination, and assembly of FRP pressure vessels. As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will contribute to the production of high-quality FRP products that meet our client’s specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FRP filament winding operations according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform FRP lamination tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
• Assemble and fit FRP components, including but not limited to pressure vessels, cartridge filters, and RO systems.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to guide FRP pipe fitting and lamination activities.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
• Maintain and operate FRP manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and contribute to a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an FRP Pipe Fitter Laminator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in FRP filament winding and FRP lamination processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in the assembly of FRP pressure vessels, cartridge filters, and RO systems.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience with FRP manufacturing equipment is a plus.
  
  

Education And Certifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications in FRP pipe fitting and lamination are desirable.
