Manage the branch's existing SME portfolio & handling walk-in customers focusing on relationship-based services, up-selling of liabilities, selling of parameterized asset's products, & cross selling other bank products.

  • Assume complete ownership of customer relationship management for the assigned portfolio of SME accounts ensuring superior customer service.
  • Improve share of wallet & target to be primary bank for each of the relationships in the assigned portfolio. Enhance relationship revenue from existing portfolio of borrowing & non borrowing accounts by cross-selling complete range of banking products.

Achieve targeted branch SME sales numbers maintaining acceptable portfolio quality.

Control daily activity i.e. SME customer handling in branches, meetings, closures, SME references, acquisition reports of daily sales.

  • Follow-up and monitor assigned relationships to ensure satisfactory account conduct and early rectification of various credit related issues.
  • Liaise with superiors and direct reports within the business line, Risk Management and related enabler units within the bank to achieve business objectives.
  • Adhere to all the compliance & regulatory policies with regards to KYC/ AML etc as set out by the bank from time to time.
  • Update line managers on daily business activities for better controls on on sales & services.
  • Support branches in achieving SME business plan day-to-day SME sales & services.
  • Cross selling of consumer banking products.
  • Update Branch Manager & Regional SME Manager on regular basis for better controls on sales and relationship-based services.
  • Regularly upgrade existing SME customers to TWC segment by offering financing-based solution as per client's profile & requirements
  • To achieve assigned financial and non-financial objectives by meeting all borrowing &-non borrowing needs of customers (depositors, transactional, & borrowers) within target segments.
  • Actively source new-to-bank customers and generate new business leads from walk-in customers.
  • Responsible for quality & soundness of assigned SME portfolio (KYC reviews, monitor all transactions reports for due diligence, follow anti-money laundering procedures ...etc.).
  • Seamlessly takeover new relationships originated by DS & relationships downgraded by TWC team using defined customer on-boarding procedure.
  • BANKING SALES & SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH PROVEN RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT QUALITIES.
  • 2-4 YEARS PLUS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL MRK.
  • MBA OR IF A REGULAR GRADUATE, ADEQUATE MARKET EXPERIENCE..
  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE, STRONG WORK ETHICS, GOOD TEAM PLAYER, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
