Duties And Responsibilities

  • Performs daily sales reporting checking for all markets AB and NAB Local, touristic, and Drinkies.
  • Prepare Stocks report per warehouse and share it with commercial planning team
  • New SKUs hierarchy creation on SAP and NPIs coding at modern trade systems
  • NPIs creation on SAP and alignment with SEM / B2B / and accounting teams
  • Tracks distributors sales update daily to allocate slabs discounts per category and take approvals as per authority matrix.
  • Manages the commercial account monthly, quarterly and annual incentives, premium charges and client compensation (Distributors’ trade conditions )
  • Allocates discounts for distributors for distribution and breakages.
  • AB/ NAB local & drinkies Sales Volume commission and consolidating them with execution commission and share it with payroll specialists from HR
  • Communicates with the sales team their targets per account manager and track actuals.
  • Collects sales data from the SAP as requested for any cross-functional adhok request and Performs report analysis when needed.
  • NAB Ecommerce data collection from sales team & communicate it with Ecommerce team
  • NAB Modern trade terms / contracts preparation.
  • Birel / Carlsberg sales collection and communication.
  • ROFO and monthly demand uploads on Analytica dashboard.
  • Gather Al Ahram beverages sales’ market insights , promotions, and activities Vs competition to identify market share and share them with commercial planning team
  • Assets utilization and spare parts life cycle, and technical team performance reporting.
  • ABC portfolio performance reporting per brand , category, and SKU, and maintaining PICOS in sales execution in market.
  • Drafts Sales team presentations and presents them to key stakeholders ( Sales Account managers / Ecommerce team / CS).

Education & Experiences

Educational Background

  • Business Graduate or any related sales reporting background

Years Of Experience

  • 2-3 Years min experience doing the same or similar in FMCG Organizations

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Detail Oriented
  • Highly Organized
  • Highly Adaptable
  • Good English language

Core Functional Competencies

  • Basic Knowledge of Business Intelligence Reporting
  • Basic Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft CRM Systems & Power BI
