As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our training programs to ensure that our agents have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing real estate agents to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop training materials, resources, and tools to support the training programs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training programs on topics such as negotiation skills, market trends, and customer service.
  • Manage the training budget and track training program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Sales, to align training initiatives with the overall company objectives.
  • Coach and mentor new trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs from scratch.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.
  • Ability to travel as needed to deliver training programs at different office locations.
