We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
- Assist with data entry and database updates
- Order and manage office supplies
- Support team members with various administrative tasks
- Receive asset handover at time of employee exit from the company
- Monitor pantry and office supplies and updating the data in the report on monthly bases
- Receive and book courier to receive cheques/ documents from the customer
