Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and prospecting.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and track progress towards goals using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotions.
