About the Role
The Quality Assurance Consultant will support the Section Head in aligning functional strategies with RICC’s overall business direction. This role involves managing and monitoring the procedures, while ensuring adherence to McDonald’s International quality standards. The Consultant will oversee quality audits and customer concerns "Internally and externally". This position plays a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards across stores and supplier services and ensures compliance through detailed reporting and effective coordination.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in managing variance analysis, and report
- Develop, implement, and monitor divisional policies and procedures to ensure operational consistency
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s International quality standards across all operational areas
- Conduct quality audits at RICC stores to verify adherence to policies and procedures
- Investigate customer complaints related to raw materials and ingredients and initiate corrective actions
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communication to address media and customer inquiries regarding food quality and ingredients
- Prepare and submit monthly Quality Assurance Reports
- Supervise quality-related daily activities at the Distribution Center
- Manage relationships and quality-related issues with local, regional, and international suppliers.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry or with international QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chains.
Certifications & Standards
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles
- Familiarity with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and other relevant international food safety and quality management standards
- Experience with supplier auditing and quality management systems
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in audit processes, quality systems, and compliance reporting tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external suppliers
