Field Service Technician that will be part of our company based in
Dubai.
The
Field Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. In addition the person will work closely with the entire technical service team to execute assigned tasks efficiently.
The technician performs general technical activities both onsite and internally to support customers and other company departments.
Key Responsabilities
- Conduct physical installations on-site.
- Supervise subcontractors for large-scale site PPMs and installations.
- Handle PPMs for AMCs.
- Manage local purchases of materials for installation-related tasks.
- Provide hardware support for products.
- Assist the Solutions Engineer with PoCs and exhibition installations.
- Manage LLC warehouse stocks of returned materials.
- Repair faulty materials.
- Coordinate with other team members to achieve company common goals.
- Coordinate and execute any other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate in a technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
