Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leading relocation and logistics service provider based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot our technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability of IT services.
• Assist with setting up new user accounts and managing access controls.
• Ensure data backup procedures are carried out regularly and securely.
• Support remote access and mobile device configurations.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and maintenance.
• Document issues and solutions for future reference and training.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and remote support tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or Cisco Certified (CCNA) are a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics or service-based industries is an advantage.
