In this role, the Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and operation of our company's fleet of vehicles. This position is essential in ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and operating efficiently to meet our transportation needs. The Fleet Supervisor will work closely with fleet technicians, drivers, and other team members to optimize fleet performance and minimize downtime. Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Coordinate with drivers to schedule vehicle servicing and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding fleet operations.
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel usage.
- Provide leadership and guidance to fleet technicians and drivers to uphold safety standards and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a related supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
