Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and growth of the company and its sub-brands. This includes driving sales, improving brand equity, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored marketing plans for each sub-brand, ensuring alignment with their identity and audience.
- Design and execute campaigns to drive engagement and sales, measuring performance using KPIs and ROI.
- Oversee the marketing team, assigning roles and providing training to ensure effective execution.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across sub-brands.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to refine strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain brand reputation through public relations and proactive customer feedback management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably managing multiple brands.
