*Role Overview:*

We are hiring a *Client Relations Executive* to lead outreach efforts to landlords across Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with property owners from our existing database, introducing them to Driven's services, and acting as the first point of contact for potential clients. This is a vital position that directly supports the growth of our leasing and property management portfolio in the capital.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Proactively contact landlords from our internal Abu Dhabi database via phone to introduce Driven Properties and its service offerings.

- Clearly communicate the benefits of working with Driven’s Abu Dhabi branch and build trust with potential clients.

- Update CRM systems with accurate notes and contact details after each interaction.

- Identify landlord needs and direct them to the appropriate leasing or property management specialists.

- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.

- Support inbound call handling and general inquiries as needed.

- Contribute feedback and ideas to help shape the success of the new Abu Dhabi branch.

*Requirements:*

- *Fluency in Arabic and English* is essential.

- Prior experience in real estate, customer service, telesales, or call centers preferred.

- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking on the phone.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is a strong advantage.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
