The Logistics Specialist will collaborate with various teams, including procurement, warehouse, and transportation, to optimize workflows, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing international and domestic shipping operations on a daily basis.
- Dealing with international and domestic shipping suppliers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Managing customs clearance operations and ensuring compliance with customs regulations and laws.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international shipping companies to ensure continuous service and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiating contracts with overseas shipping companies to secure favorable terms and rates.
- Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
- Analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and enhance overall logistics performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, including knowledge of customs clearance procedures and contracting with overseas shipping companies.
