Job Purpose

The purpose of our Market Research Analyst role is to provide innovative strategies, insights and solutions to the business to help answer key business questions. You will be responsible for enabling the business with real data dashboards and reporting to help drive decision-making and strategic direction.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

·   Solve complex business problems through data insights

·   Enable business stakeholders (across functions) to leverage quantitative analysis in decision-making

·   Define & develop relevant business metrics to track performance transparently

·   Translate business objectives into analytical/data requirements

Technical Competencies/Skills 

Strong commercial understanding of P&L, growth funnel & user lifecycle

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, QLIK, etc. is a must

Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL is highly desirable

Strong conceptual skills (ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions)

Advanced analytical competencies such as correlation analysis, cohort analysis, clustering, etc. is highly desirable

Ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups of stakeholders (from CEO to Database Engineer)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, analytics, or similar qualification in a relevant field.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position.
