We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and relationship-driven Marketing Account Manager to join our team and work closely with our portfolio of boutique real estate brokerages. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, either from an agency environment or an in-house marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the key marketing liaison for boutique brokerage partners.
- Deeply understand each client's brand vision, target market, and business goals to provide tailored marketing and communications support.
- Proactively manage day-to-day client communication — delivering campaign updates, marketing performance insights, and timely solutions.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Work with partners to craft and implement marketing strategies that support brokerage growth, positioning, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal creative, technology and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and marketing materials aligned with the brokerage brand.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from digital ads and social media to email campaigns, print collateral, and brand guidelines.
Onboarding & Brokerage Setup Support
- Guide new brokerages through the setup process with a strong marketing lens — including brand development, marketing tools onboarding, and go-to-market launch support.
- Liaise with legal, operations, and design teams to align the marketing roadmap with the broader brokerage setup process.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing toolkits, branded assets, and initial campaign strategy to ensure brokerages are set up for early visibility and success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with operations, product, and finance teams to ensure cohesive client experiences and smooth project execution.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, client engagement, and marketing ROI — with strategic insights and recommendations.
- Support the creation of case studies and success stories that highlight marketing-led brokerage wins and brand milestones.

Requirements
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in account management within marketing, preferably in a leading marketing agency or a fast-paced in-house marketing team.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts and marketing projects simultaneously.
- Proven success in working with boutique or high-end founder-led brands is a bonus.
