Job description:
Main Purpose of Job
Promote SPIMACO's products within the healthcare community. Implement strategic sales approaches, contribute to market expansion, and uphold SPIMACO's competitive edge through informed and strategic engagements.
Strategic Responsibility
- Promote SPIMACO's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
- Gather market intelligence to support strategic decisions.
- Participate in training programs for professional development.
Functional Responsibility
- Consistently achieve sales targets for medical products within the assigned territory.
- Meet KPIs as outlined by Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) guidelines, focusing on medical products.
- Monitor and update territorial sales forecasts monthly, adjusting strategies for medical products.
- Continuously assess the market to expand access and identify new customers for medical products.
- Implement territory planning through effective targeting and segmentation for optimal coverage of medical clients.
- Deliver and execute product strategies for medical products as provided by the marketing team.
- Submit timely reports to supervisors, detailing sales activities and market conditions for medical products.
- Follow up on customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends related to medical products.
- Collaborate across teams/functions to optimize resources and support brand initiatives for medical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure their loyalty and support for SPIMACO's medical products.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience & Language
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in similar role.
Language:
English - Proficient ( Required )
Arabic Proficient.( Preferred)
