Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating offers, primarily in UAE.
  • Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
  • Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Manatal).
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
  • Stay updated on employment of UAE laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Coordinate and manage UAE visa processing and onboarding documentation for new hires:
  • Collect and verify the required documents.
  • Liaise with government relations officer for employment visa application, medical, Emirates ID, and labor contract issuance.
  • Track and follow up on the progress of visa applications to ensure timely joining.
  • Maintain recruitment and visa processing reports for internal tracking and audits.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with UAE visa processing procedures is required.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
  • Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
