Job Summary

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager – School Getaways to lead our entry into the UAE’s educational travel market. If you know how the schooling ecosystem works in the UAE and have a strong network of contacts within schools, this role is tailor-made for you. You’ll be responsible for building school partnerships, designing customized travel programs, and driving a target revenue of AED 15 million annually

Job Description

  • Build relationships with principals, activity coordinators, and school heads across the UAE
  • Develop and pitch exciting, curriculum-aligned school getaway packages (local & international)
  • Drive new business from across all education sectors and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end—from prospecting and pitching to execution and feedback
  • Represent the client at education fairs, expos, and school forums
  • Collaborate with operations, travel design, and finance teams for flawless delivery
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and report progress to leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of business development/sales experience in school travel or education-related services
  • Deep understanding of the UAE school system and decision-making process
  • Proven ability to generate high-value business (AED 15M+ annually)
  • Strong existing network in UAE schools (public, private, international)
  • Excellent communicator with persuasive presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and strategic thinker
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
  • UAE driving license preferred
