Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Associate Community Executive.

What will you do

• Promote a helpful and professional image of the Business Center facilities to the client and give full co-operation to any customer requiring assistance with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude.
• Deal with all inquiries relating to the booking of meeting rooms, including the preparation, set-up, cleaning up following, and catering communication.
• Monitor service levels and proactively ensure the Innovation Center is ready for guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to address any facility-related issues promptly.
• Provide administrative support to tenants and users as requested
• Collect feedback from tenants to continually enhance guest experiences.

What will you need?

• From 0 to 1 years of experience (Hotels or Business Centers)
• Bachelor's degree (Hotel and Tourism is preferred)
• Proficient English language skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Advanced Communication & problem-solving Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Job location in Cairo East (New Capital - 5th Settlement)
