Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Executive (Logistics).

What will you do

• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including production and sales, to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.
• Assist in coordinating transportation activities, including carrier selection, route planning, and tracking shipments.
• Communicate with transportation providers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistics-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any logistics-related issues.
• Assist in vendor performance evaluation and contract management.
• Provide timely and effective communication to customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any logistics-related inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints or issues related to logistics and collaborate with relevant teams to find appropriate solutions.
• Assist in generating logistics reports and analyzing data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
