Tagaddod is seeking a talented and motivated Growth and Revenue Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and development initiatives, focusing on identifying new market opportunities, enhancing existing products, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful strategies, foster partnerships, and implement actionable plans that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth and revenue strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize value propositions and drive customer acquisition.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective partners and clients to drive revenue and strategic growth.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Lead market validation efforts for new products and services, including conducting assessments and feasibility studies.
- Present growth strategies and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in growth management, business development, or revenue generation roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of waste management and renewable energy is a plus.
