Tagaddod is searching for a passionate and strategic Growth and Marketing Lead to join our mission-driven team. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives and overall growth strategy as we work towards empowering individuals and communities to build sustainable impact and income through waste. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and market trends to inform and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve defined objectives.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and adaptation strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing a team and collaborating across functions.
- Passion for sustainability and in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy or waste management industry is a plus.
