Product Vision and Strategy

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Align the product strategy with business objectives and market demands.
  
  

Backlog Management

• Create, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.
• Ensure that user stories are well-defined and understood by the development team
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
  
  

Sprint Planning and Review

• Participate in sprint planning to clarify priorities and expectations.
• Review completed work and provide feedback during sprint reviews.
  
  

User Advocacy

• Understand and represent the needs of users throughout the development process.
• Gather user feedback and adjust the product accordingly.
  
  

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.

From 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.

Familiarity with software development processes is often required.

Strong understanding of agile principles and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Ability to analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions
