The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our delivery operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient courier experience from onboarding to daily support. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners (3PLs) to manage courier activation, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication across all channels. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in optimizing logistics processes, enhancing courier performance, and supporting the success of our delivery network.

  What You Will Do💡
• Verify couriers and recruiters during the onboarding process.

• Review and process courier data update requests.

• Coach couriers facing operational or performance issues.
• Manage courier-related inquiries from various departments.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve courier-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and escalate system issues related to bonuses and ensure proper follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries related to 3PL & 1PL projects and coordinate updates with internal and outsourced teams.
• Conduct training sessions for couriers and activate profiles upon completion.
• Support 3PL partners via different channels, resolving payment, order issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Create and share courier guidelines and announcements (e.g., training schedules, app updates, and bonuses).
