Job Summary: 

Freedx is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing/Senior Marketing Manager to lead our overall marketing efforts. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing brand development, and positioning Freedx as a leader in the cryptocurrency exchange market. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Day 1 (Launch Phase): 

  • Develop marketing strategy and go-to-market plan 
  • Establish brand guidelines and positioning for Freedx 
  • Set up key marketing channels and platforms 
  • Create a launch campaign for the exchange 
  • Establish KPIs and analytics tools for measuring marketing effectiveness 
  • Continue growing and optimising the marketing team.

On-going: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels 
  • Manage and grow the marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of marketing activities 
  • Oversee brand development and marketing communications 
  • Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly 
  • Collaborate with product team on go-to-market strategies for new features and products 
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize resource allocation 
  • Oversee content creation and distribution across various platforms 
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals 
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to leadership

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant marketing certifications are a plus
