  • Transition Facilities Management & Administration away from Operations; Allow flexibility to onboard offsite office spaces, staff housing, or other non-operational assets
  • Onboard end-to-end accountable Operational heads for critical Assets, Eliminate need for short term engagement of operational strategists or operational development consultants.
  • Oversee Administration, Logistics, and Facilities Management for all Qiddiya Parks & Entertainment Assets and supporting facilities.
  • Coordinate soft services, preventative maintenance of facilities, and specialized services based on each assets’ unique needs.
  • Oversee the movement of people (non-guests) and goods between assets and supporting facilities.
  • Manage warehousing and office logistics within Qiddiya Parks & Entertainment Assets and supporting facilities.
  • Support temporary logistics for new asset development, oversee asset handover, and operator take over.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by evaluating and projecting future facility needs, collaborating with key stakeholders to plan for organizational growth, employee accommodations, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and employee needs, resource allocation, and facility optimization.
  • Manage transportation services for employees, optimizing schedules, routes, and cost efficiency, while addressing feedback to maintain reliable and safe operations.
  • Oversee emergency and corrective maintenance, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Implementing Quality management system in conjunctions with the Service provider for Maintenance Quality audits.
  • Supervise schedules from third-party contractors are integrated into preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
  • Plan for future capital expenditures based on asset lifecycle analysis and replacement costs.

Bachelors Degree - Architecture Engineering or Building

20 years of experience in within Logistics, and Facilities Management

Experienced in managing third party contractors across preventative and corrective maintenance scopes

Experience in FM within related sector such as entertainment, events, leisure

Middle East experience is considered desirable
