Tagaddod is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a productive work environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative procedures, providing support to staff, and managing office resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for office expenditures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
